Vince Renda’s practice focuses on mass tort, bankruptcy, business and real estate law. Mr. Renda has worked closely with high-profile clientele, representing credit card companies and financial institutions in thousands of proceedings. Mr. Renda’s in-depth understanding of the legal process prompted him to design custom software systems to further improve and personalize his proceedings.

Kevin McLaughlin’s practice focuses on creditor’s rights law, in addition to general civil and commercial litigation. Mr. McLaughlin served on active duty in the United States Army with the Judge Advocate General’s Corps. As a former Judge Advocate, Mr. McLaughlin handled a wide range of issues and acquired significant trial experience in both federal and military courts. He served as military law counsel in Uniform Code of Military Justice actions, appeals and courts-martial.
Mr. McLaughlin started his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney in the 18th Judicial Circuit in Brevard County, Florida. He received extensive training in trial preparation and advocacy, attended hearings and conducted various jury and nonjury trials. He has been a member of the firm since 2010. He is admitted to practice law in Florida.
Laurie Dillon is a senior paralegal specializing in the areas of bankruptcy and general civil litigation with more than 20 years of legal experience. Ms. Dillon has extensive experience assisting attorneys and their clients in preparing various court pleadings, Chapter 7 and 13 petitions and other office correspondence.
Praised for her productivity and diligence, Ms. Dillon oversees a large caseload and deals directly with clients to assist them throughout their cases. Her skill set and expertise is voluminous. Her previous experience includes working as a paralegal to a United States Bankruptcy Trustee for several years before joining the firm in 2003. She earned her Paralegal Certification from Nassau Community College in Garden City, New York and is a Notary Public in several states.

After working as a stockbroker, Thomas Santoro gained extensive experience in collections and bankruptcy matters. Mr. Santoro joined the firm in 2003 and quickly began organizing repayment plans with thousands of debtors. For more than a decade, Mr. Santoro has effectively managed a large volume of contacts and settlements.
Cesar Gonzalez performs a variety of legal administrative services for the law firm. Mr. Gonzalez is very proficient and experienced with the California Civil Code of Procedure, electronic filing and PACER systems in the Bankruptcy Courts throughout the United States. In addition, he has developed strong computer and technical skills relative to the legal field. Mr. Gonzalez spent time as a licensed real estate professional, providing him with an insider understanding of property practice. He has been a member of the law firm since 2012.
